About this website
Even Flow Inc. operates www.evenflow.plumbing to provide information about its plumbing, heating and air-conditioning services and to receive service inquiries. These terms address use of this website. They do not replace the separate terms provided with an estimate, work authorization, service contract or invoice.
Browsing this website or submitting an appointment request does not, by itself, authorize work or accept a service contract.
Information and photographs
Website information is general guidance, not a diagnosis of your equipment or a substitute for an on-site assessment. Equipment, installation conditions, manufacturer requirements and applicable codes differ. Do not rely on website material to perform hazardous work or override manufacturer instructions.
Project photographs illustrate particular installations. Your installation may differ greatly. Product descriptions, availability and specifications may change. We aim to keep information accurate and welcome reports of errors. Website examples do not establish the scope or price of your project; those details are addressed in your individual proposal or service authorization.
Appointment requests and emergencies
Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee of availability. An appointment is confirmed when Jeff contacts you and agrees on the arrangements. Provide accurate contact and property information and submit requests only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.
The website and its forms are not continuously monitored emergency channels. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact 911 or the appropriate utility emergency service from a safe location. Do not wait for a website response.
Free-estimate eligibility
Complete the Service Request Form before scheduling. To qualify for a free estimate, customers must complete and submit Even Flow’s online Service Request Form before an estimate visit is scheduled. Completing the form does not make every type of visit eligible; our other free-estimate conditions still apply.
If you experience difficulty accessing or submitting the form, please call 201-290-9500 before scheduling so we can help. An alternative submission method must be approved by Even Flow in advance.
A written estimate will be prepared after the required information has been received.
This requirement applies to new estimate requests from October 19, 2026. It does not retroactively change an existing accepted agreement or authorize a charge merely because a form was not submitted.
Requests, offers and communication failures
No automatic entitlement. Visiting this website, selecting a link, sending an inquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not by itself establish a service contract, confirmed appointment, guaranteed response time, equipment or workmanship warranty, discount, credit, refund or right to payment. Any advertised offer is subject to the conditions clearly disclosed with that offer and the applicable service agreement. An offer has no independent cash value unless expressly stated. These terms do not cancel an otherwise valid offer, accepted agreement, warranty or nonwaivable legal right.
Communications and delivery. We make reasonable efforts to respond to service inquiries, but website forms, email, telephone, text messaging and third-party systems can experience outages, delivery failures, filtering, capacity limits or delays. An automated acknowledgment or the absence of an error message does not confirm that Jeff has received or reviewed a request. Unless separately agreed, no particular response time or return call is guaranteed. If you have not received personal confirmation, call 201-290-9500 to follow up; do not assume an appointment is booked or that work will occur. These channels are not emergency-response services.
Limited website liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Even Flow Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from inability to access this website or from delayed or failed transmission of a website inquiry. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection remedies, and does not excuse fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence or alter obligations under an accepted service agreement.
Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit spam, false requests, malicious code or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to access private information, bypass security controls, disrupt the website or interfere with other visitors. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website.
Intellectual property and permitted website use
Ownership. As between Even Flow Inc. and website visitors, Even Flow Inc. retains the rights it owns in its original website text, photographs, graphics, diagrams, videos, documents, software and the original selection and arrangement of website content. Other materials are used under permission or license and remain the property of their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. These terms do not claim ownership of manufacturer materials, third-party trademarks, public-domain material, facts, general trade knowledge or rights that Even Flow Inc. does not hold.
Limited informational use. You may browse the website and save or print reasonable portions for your personal, noncommercial information and consideration of Even Flow Inc. services. Keep copyright, trademark and attribution notices intact. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a license to commercially exploit the content. Ordinary sharing of links to publicly available pages is permitted, provided it does not misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement.
Copying, publication and competitive use. Except for the permitted uses above, the legal exceptions below or prior express written consent of Even Flow Inc. or the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify or incorporate protected website materials into another website, social-media account, advertisement, business proposal, training product or commercial publication. You may not copy original project descriptions, photographs, diagrams or other protected content for a competing business, present our work as someone else’s, remove ownership notices or use our branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist. Automated copying or bulk extraction of protected content for republication or commercial reuse is not authorized by this permission. Ordinary search-engine indexing and accessibility functions are not prohibited.
Limits and lawful uses. These provisions do not restrict fair use or other uses permitted by applicable law, independent creation, lawful consumer reviews or complaints, or communications with courts, government agencies or professional advisers. They do not give Even Flow Inc. ownership of your reviews or your own photographs. A publicly visible page is not confidential merely because it appears on this website.
Material you submit. You retain ownership of photographs and other materials you submit. You authorize us and service providers acting on our behalf to use them as reasonably necessary to review, respond to and administer your inquiry or requested service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Submit only material you own or are authorized to provide. Advertising use of submitted project material is limited to the express project-media authorization described below; ordinary email or other submission without that authorization does not grant advertising permission.
Permission requests. Contact service@evenflow.plumbing for permission to reuse protected content. Any permission is limited to the use expressly approved in writing. No additional license is implied.
Project photographs and video
For service requests submitted through the form displaying these terms, clicking “Agree & send request” gives the following authorization. This applies only to areas and materials you own or are authorized to permit us to document; it does not grant rights belonging to other people.
I authorize Even Flow Inc. and personnel acting on its behalf to take photographs and video of equipment, relevant interior and exterior property conditions, and work before, during and after the project. These materials may be used to evaluate conditions; prepare estimates and recommendations; coordinate, perform and document work; prepare invoices; address warranty, insurance or dispute matters; and conduct internal technical training. Relevant materials may be shared with subcontractors, chimney professionals, electricians, suppliers, manufacturers and other service providers as reasonably needed for those purposes. I am the property owner or am authorized to give this permission for the affected areas. This authorization does not include public advertising, recording private conversations, or depicting people without their separate permission.
I also authorize Even Flow Inc. to reproduce, edit, display and publish project photographs and video, including before-and-after comparisons, on its website, social media, advertising, portfolio and educational or training materials, without compensation to me. This permission covers media created for this project and any media I provide and identify for these uses, to the extent I am authorized to grant permission. Even Flow Inc. may use service providers to prepare and publish these materials. Public materials will omit or obscure faces, names, house numbers, precise addresses, license plates, personal documents, security details and other information reasonably likely to identify the customer or household, unless separately authorized. Edits must not materially misrepresent the work or imply a customer testimonial or endorsement. I may withdraw permission for future promotional use by contacting service@evenflow.plumbing. Even Flow Inc. will stop new promotional uses and remove affected material from digital channels it controls within a reasonable time; it cannot recall printed materials already distributed or copies outside its control.
This notice does not retroactively expand permissions for earlier requests. Discuss any site restrictions with Jeff before photography begins. A request does not authorize paid work.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of information collected through the website. Our Cookie Policy and Cookie settings describe available website-storage and analytics choices.
When you request contact, we may respond using the contact details you provide about that inquiry. A service inquiry does not by itself provide consent to unrelated marketing communications or waive any legally required notice or consent.
Links to other websites
Links to manufacturers and other external websites are provided for convenience. Those websites are operated by their respective owners and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link alone does not mean that Even Flow Inc. endorses every statement on that website or guarantees its availability, accuracy or services.
Availability and your rights
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical failures or other interruptions may occur. Contact us by telephone if a form does not work or you need to confirm receipt of a request.
Nothing in these website terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, excuses deceptive statements or changes our obligations under a separately accepted service agreement. These terms do not impose arbitration, waive a jury trial or create a blanket release from liability.
Updates and applicable law
We may update these website terms and will identify the revised date on this page. Changes do not retroactively change an existing service agreement. New Jersey law applies to website-related matters, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
